How does the multiple-designer process work?+
After you order, two designers (three on the Master team) each sketch a concept floor plan for your brief. You compare them side by side in your dashboard and choose the designer you like best, who then draws your complete plans. If you don't love any concept, we'll assign a new designer free within 60 days.
Are the plans really custom, or stock plans?+
Every plan is drawn from scratch around your inspiration, rooms, lot and state. Browsing styles is only a starting point.
Is customization free?+
Yes. Your design instructions are included in the price, and you get unlimited revision requests for 30 days after your first delivery.
How will I receive my files?+
We email you a secure download link and upload every version to your dashboard, where you can download PDFs or CAD files and request changes.
Will my plans meet my state's building code?+
Plans are drawn to the International Residential Code (IRC) and your state's energy-code climate zone. Many counties also require a local engineer's stamp, which you can add at checkout.
What if I need my plans fast?+
Choose Priority (5 business days), Express (3), Rush (48 hours) or Super Rush (24 hours). The due date is shown before you pay.
Can I include a basement, garage or bonus room?+
Yes. Choose slab, crawlspace or pier foundations, or an unfinished, finished or walkout basement. Garages can be 1 to 4 bays, attached or detached, with bonus rooms above.
